Finance Business Partner - Blackwaters : Job Details

We’re recruiting a Finance Business Partner to support a growing PE-backed manufacturer in Basingstoke. £50/55k + hybrid working.

The role supports the CFO, CEO, FC and is responsible for providing timely month end accounting and management information for the group.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for business planning, budgeting and forecasting inputs from the business.
• Development of operational and financial KPIs including challenging performance of the business against these.
• Develop commercial models and reports relevant to improving BI across the business.
• Responsible for driving the sales and operational performance and forecast of the sales order book and pipeline.
• Driving the financial performance and ensuring reporting and MI is presented to the business and management team including business commentary.
• Providing analysis on all aspects of sales, gross margin and profitability.
• Partner ERP deployments and changes, including operational process mapping.

Requirements:

• Finalist or newly qualified accountant
• Experience in a similar role
• Strong Excel and ERP skills
