Finance Business Partner - Venn Group : Job Details

We are currently working with a leading Charity based in Central London to recruit for an interim Finance Business Partner role

The successful post holder will support the Charity in meeting its ambitious financial strategy during a period of growth

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-quality financial support to nominated internal stakeholders
• Involvement in month end processes: produce month end journals, conduct balance sheet reconciliations
• Develop and monitor the compliance of the financial policies and processes
• Oversee financial aspects of grants, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting to funders
• Deliver monthly management accounts and KPI reporting
• Collaborate with the budget holders to develop and manage budgets and forecast
• Monitor and provide financial insight and expertise to drive the delivery in line with the Charities strategic direction

Person Specification:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA fully qualified
• Business partnering experience within a large, complex organisation
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using a range of accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Experience in the commercial Supply Chain & Logistics industry or the Charity Sector
• Strong financial accounting background and experience with month end processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt a style to various stakeholders

Day Rate: £200-250 PAYE inclusive of Holiday Pay

Contract Type: 6- month Contract (likelihood of extension)

Working Pattern: Hybrid
