Finance BA/Accountant (Lloyds Syndicate) – 6-12 month FTC– London/Hybrid - £80-90k

We are seeking a Finance BA (Lloyds Syndicate) to join our successful Finance team and play a critical role in driving Financial Transformation to the business. This would really suit someone who has Syndicate Accounting experience and has moved into the Business Analysis space.

As our Finance BA/Accountant (Lloyds Syndicate) you will be responsible for writing strong business cases, creating comprehensive business requirements and leading finance workshop to deliver change.

On a daily basis the Finance BA/Accountant (Lloyds Syndicate) will be responsible for:

• Develop and write compelling business cases to support finance transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed business requirements documents that capture the needs and objectives of the finance transformation projects.
• Facilitate and lead finance workshops to gather requirements, identify gaps, and define solutions.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement solution architectures that align with business requirements and ensure seamless data flows.
• Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the finance transformation process.

To be considered for this role as Finance BA/Accountant (Lloyds Syndicate) you should have prior Business Analyst experience in particular within Financial Transformation. Ideally you will have had some exposure to the Specialist Insurance (Lloyds Syndicate). This is initially a 6-12 month Fixed Term Contract. There is plenty of work to extend this much longer and potentially becoming Permanent though. The role is hybrid with 1 or 2 days a week in the office and the rest remote. Interested?
