Are you an experienced Finance Administrator looking for your next challenge in a professional, fast-paced environment? Our client, a well-established and respected business in Birmingham City Centre, is seeking a finance professional to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring payments and amounts are recorded accurately on the finance system
Processing invoices across both purchase and sales ledgers
Recording cash transactions on the system with precision
Reconciling bank statements and maintaining up-to-date financial records
Processing company expenses and credit card transactions
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and third-party providers to resolve queries
Supporting month-end processes and general finance administration
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar finance role within a professional services environment is essential
Confident using finance systems, CRM platforms, and banking platforms
Strong working knowledge of Excel (you may be asked to complete a short test)
High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-player mindset
Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
The Offer:
Salary up to £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
