The Role
A well-established business in Leeds is seeking a Finance Assistant to support its finance operations. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across management accounts, reconciliations, and supplier management.
Key Duties
- Assist with monthly management accounts and financial postings (fixed assets, leases, prepayments, accruals).
- Reconcile bank accounts, stock, and credit card statements.
- Manage purchase ledger and supplier communications.
- Support audit, tax returns, and cash management.
- Maintain accurate stock records and cost allocations.
About You
- Experience in a finance role is essential.
- AAT qualified or studying towards (or equivalent).
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Detail-oriented, organised, and a good communicator.
