Our client is looking for a super-organised, detail-loving Finance Assistant? Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our clients Financial Controller and wider team. If you enjoy structure, variety, and being the go-to person for getting things done, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with day-to-day finance tasks, including sales and purchase ledger support.
• Managing petty cash across multiple locations with accuracy and accountability.
• Handling company credit card transactions and ensuring records are up to date.
• Preparing payroll-related information to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Processing new client documentation and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Maintaining well-organised digital records and documentation.
• Ensuring all data handling complies with GDPR and confidentiality standards.
• Supporting general administrative duties—answering calls, responding to queries, and assisting where needed.
• Providing flexible support to the Central Team as priorities shift.
• What You’ll Bring
