Finance Assistant - Four Squared : Job Details

We're currently supporting a well established business recruiting for a Temporary Finance Assistant to support a busy finance team with day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail, looking to gain further experience in a fast-paced finance environment. This will be a full time position based at their office in Worcester.  Key Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices and purchase orders
• Assisting with reconciliations and financial reporting
• Supporting month-end tasks
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
• General finance admin duties

Ideal Candidate:

• Studying or completed AAT Level 2 or above
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other finance systems
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Previous experience in finance or admin roles preferred
• Immediately available to start the role
