Graduate Finance Assistant – Central London - £30,000Permanent, Full TimeAre you looking to kick-start your career in finance with a fast-growing tech company? We’re seeking a motivated Finance Assistant to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate who’s eager to gain hands-on experience across all areas of finance and grow with a business that values initiative, ownership, and development.The Role As a Finance Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of a small but ambitious finance team. You’ll get exposure to the full range of financial operations and strategic projects, including:

• Accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, and year-end reporting
• Reconciling multiple bank accounts
• Customer and supplier billing, collections, and payments
• Processing staff expenses
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assisting with annual financial statements and audits
• Working with overseas service providers to ensure compliance
• Getting involved in ad hoc projects such as financial controls, modelling, and process improvements

What We’re Looking ForWe’re keen to hear from recent graduates who are:

• Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (AAT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA interest/part-qualification a plus)
• Confident with Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) is a bonus
• Strong communicators with great attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently
• Excited to take responsibility, learn quickly, and grow with the business
