Finance Assistant - Reed : Job Details

• Annual Salary: Circa £25k (plus annual company bonus)
• Location: Ellesmere Port
• Job Type: Full-time, hybrid after probation.

We're looking for a Finance Assistant who's a whiz at juggling different tasks and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Reconcile bank accounts daily, including posting transactions to Sage.
• Manage Purchase and Sales Ledgers, including conducting weekly debtor reviews.
• Handle daily Direct Debits and weekly payment collections across various platforms.
• Take care of supplier payments and manage weekly refund runs.
• Prepare monthly spreadsheets and help the team with reconciliations and other tasks to prep for management accounts.
• Work closely with the operations team to sort out any issues.
• Deal with queries from tour operators and travel agents.
• Generate reports to help with data audits.

• You've got killer Excel skills (think VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).
• You're great at handling large volumes of data.
• Your communication skills are top-notch.
• You're a pro with Microsoft Office.
• You're independent but also play well with others.
• Having A Level Maths, Accountancy, or some AAT courses under your belt would be awesome, but it's not a deal-breaker if you've got relevant experience.
