You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial running of major projects — ideal for someone with some finance experience who thrives in a structured, team-based environment.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with experience in purchase ledger, sales ledger, or general finance administration. You may be studying AAT or have plans to — but it’s not essential if you bring the right mindset and experience.?? What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting project finances: invoicing, expense handling, reconciliations, billing checks
  • Managing accrued and deferred income and project recharges
  • Processing employee expenses and credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting with audit checks and general administrative tasks
  • Working closely with both operational and strategic finance teams
? What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience working in a finance function — AP, purchase ledger, or sales ledger
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and willingness to get stuck in
  • Confident working in a corporate, process-led environment
  • Team player with good communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload
  • AAT study is a bonus, but not required — we’re more interested in your drive, initiative, and ability to contribute
