Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a business in Bradford who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team. You will assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and provide general support to the accounts team.
Duties:
- Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts (journals, accruals and prepayments)
- Prepare quarterly VAT reports
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain fixed assets
- Post petty cash and reconciliation
- Check and post bills
- Send month end reports
- Deal with purchase ledger invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Overhead and variance analysis
You will need to demonstrate:
- AAT qualified (desirable)
- Experience in a similar position
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Advanced Excel skills
