REED Recruitment are exclusively recruiting a Finance and Operations Coordinator for a Sustainable Construction firm based near to Christchurch.
As Finance and Operations Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the internal financial and operational processes. This includes managing invoicing, payments, procurement, stock tracking, project reporting, and general business admin. You'll work closely with the leadership and project teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication across departments.
The role covers both admin and tech support as well, from booking travel and responding to customer feedback, to helping manage core platforms like Xero, ClearSpend, Stripe, and Monday.com.

Full Time 9am - 5pm, with flexibility in hours for school drop offs etc - HYBRID Working 3 days office based
Salary - Circa £35,000 per annum - 12 month FTC with a view to going permanent
