Description
- Managing and processing invoices
- Supporting monthly payroll and keeping financial records updated
- Assisting with budget preparation
- Reviewing and implementing financial policies
- Preparing monthly financial reports
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
- Managing company ledgers
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial processes
- Understanding of data privacy standards
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
