Finance Assistant - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

International organisation with a reputation for quality and innovation are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their established finance team.Your new roleThis role will be involved in all areas including

• Reconciling supplier accounts and liaising with suppliers on any queries
• Intercompany reconciliation of accounts receivable & accounts payable
• Assisting with the month end close & reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Processing Purchase invoices and payment to suppliers
• Raising Sales Invoices, issuing credit statements and reconciling
• Accrual and prepayments

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent IT skills, excel, SAP, Oracle or similar accounting software
• Experience within sales & purchase ledger, including credit control
• AAT qualification or similar would be advantageous.
