Finance Assistant

Salary £29,000 to £33,000

Central London

Hybrid working, 4 days a week in the office, work from home on Friday!

Working hours 9:30am to 6:00pm

Exciting opportunity to join a creative agency’s accounts team as a Finance Assistant. Working in their modern offices under the guidance of a highly supportive accounts manager.

As the successful Finance Assistant you will:

• Processing client payments (using Navision)
• Logging client payments
• Close liaison with banks regarding tracking problems and payment difficulties
• Updating and maintaining accounts files
• Running commission reports
• Invoicing clients and preparing remittance advice
• Reconciliation of multi-currency accounts (USD / EURO /GBP /AUD)
• Managing client accounts and liaising with them about accounting changes

We are open to all applications, however this job would suit someone who is qualified by experience, or who has studied AAT, experience with processing royalties or previous experience working in the accounts department of an estate agency would be very beneficial.

To be successful in your role as the Finance Assistant you will:

• Have previous accounts experience, ideally coming from a creative agency background
• Be a strong communicator with a driven and resilient nature
• Have a driven and ambitious attitude as well as a strong eye for detail
• Have strong MS Office skills and Navision proficiency is highly desirable

Salary: £29,000 to £33,000 per annum
