Finance and Operations Manager| £60-65k + bens + bonus| Hybrid

Role:

Working as part of the Senior Management team and business owners you will have a wide remit covering financials, team and client engagement, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, develop, and build the accounts, banking, and payments teams.
• Produce Management information, P&L, and review and report on budgets.
• Act as primary contact for clients and manage client escalations.
• Lead relationships with suppliers, and 3 party providers.
• Review and authorise both client and supplier contracts.
• Develop the team; implementing training, systems changes, and process improvements.

Requirements:

We anticipate the successful individual is likely to be:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven people management experience
• Or an experienced Accountant with project management qualification such as Prince 2
• Able to offer both team and stake holder management skills
• Have an agile approach to business improvements
