Overview
Mitchell Adam are delighted to be working with a fast-growing Consulting business, who are looking for a hands-on Finance & Office Manager to become their one-stop shop for all things finance and administration. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the chance to really embed themselves in the heart of a small but ambitious business.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, covering bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and month-end duties, before pulling this together into management accounts to share with the leadership team. Alongside this, you'll support with wider office management tasks, from coordinating suppliers and managing systems, to keeping operations running smoothly. This is a broad and rewarding role where you'll gain exposure across finance and business operations, with plenty of scope to shape processes and add value.
