We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join a fast-growing digital media business. This role offers the chance to work across advertising, marketing, and content operations, providing financial insight to support strategic decisions and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with content, marketing, and advertising teams to provide commercial insight and financial guidance that supports business objectives.
- Planning & Forecasting: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure plans are accurate and actionable.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare business cases, investment appraisals, and performance analyses for campaigns, content initiatives, and marketing projects. Monitor revenue, costs, and audience trends to guide decision-making.
- Reporting & Monitoring: Produce regular reports on revenue, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure data accuracy and provide insights to improve operational and financial performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting, and support better decision-making across the business.
Skills & Experience:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., TM1) is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in media, digital content, or marketing
