What you’ll be doing:

• Dive into highly analytical finance work, providing insights that drive real business decisions
• Support elements of management accounting, including reporting and variance analysis
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide clear, actionable financial insights
• Present findings with confidence, using your developing communication and presentation skills
• Use your strong Excel abilities to manipulate, interpret, and present data effectively

What we’re looking for:

• A 2:1 or 1st Class degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business, or similar
• Ambition to qualify as an accountant (ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Confident communicator with moderate presentation experience and a willingness to develop further
• Solid grasp of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
• Proactive, positive, and ready to take ownership of your development
