Finance Analyst

£35,000 to £39,000 + c15% Bonus + CIMA or ACCA Study Package

Swindon / Hybrid / Flexible

I am currently working in partnership with a leading global retailer. At the heart of the business is their people and customers. This is an exciting time to join an established team with realistic opportunities for career progression in the wider finance team.

This is a varied management accounting position - you will provide financial and analytical support to the UK Cost Centre Managers. You will also be responsible for managing multiple P&Ls, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering activities to various internal stakeholders.

About the job:

• Managing all cost centres including payroll, staff expenses and operational expenses.
• Producing consolidated P&L packs for all cost centres providing analysis and insight - along with identifying risks and opportunities.
• Producing month end accounts including accruals, prepayments.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Producing forecasts and budgets by departments and cost centre.
• Business partnering activities with various stakeholders to review actuals and update forecasts.

About you

• Intermediate Excel skills are essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential, ideally studying CIMA, ACCA or AAT
