Finance Administrator Location: Bishop's StortfordSalary: £19,500- £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - FridayContract: Full-time, Office-based About the Role Join our Client Services team supporting financial administration for clients. You'll handle client-focused tasks, provide administrative support, and help maintain our professional office environment. This role would suit someone who is looking to have a career in Financial Services. Key Responsibilities
- Update client information on Iress Xplan database
- Generate and send client risk profile results
- Process Letters of Authority and conduct AML checks
- Collate compliance documents (valuations, schedules, fact finds)
- Update Client Agreements and GDPR information
- Provide general administrative support
Essential Requirements
- Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Team player who can also work independently
- Flexible approach and willingness to learn
- Strict confidentiality and data protection adherence
