Job Description :

Reed are seeking multiple detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Data Entry Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and is confident in resolving queries efficiently.

This is temporary post for at least 2 month and is fully office based in Liverpool City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input invoice data into internal systems
  • Review and verify invoice details for accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve invoice-related queries from suppliers and internal teams
  • Maintain organized records of transactions and communications
  • Support the finance or accounts team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other office software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in an accounts based role although is heavily data entry based.
