Job Title: Finance Admin Lead

Location: CambridgeSalary: up to £42,000 + 10% Functional BonusWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday (hybrid, 2 or 3 days office based each week)

Morson are partnering with a leading provider of Integrated Facilities Management services is seeking a confident and commercially minded Finance Admin Lead to oversee administration and financial processes across a portfolio of sites in the South of England.

This hybrid role is critical to ensuring the accuracy of reporting, supporting operational decision-making, and enhancing data analysis capability across multiple service lines. It offers the opportunity to work closely with both operational and project teams while driving improvements in financial controls and commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Admin Lead:

• Own and deliver a timely and accurate month-end close process, ensuring P&L accuracy within SAP
• Provide proactive financial analysis and site-level benchmarking
• Lead on data reporting, trend analysis and contract development support
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial inputs are robust and on time
• Deliver training and support to improve financial and commercial awareness at site level
• Manage client billing, purchase orders, and project cost allocations
• Represent finance in client and internal governance reviews

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in finance, supply management, or commercial support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Power BI is desirable
• Actively studying or qualified (CA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Comfortable working across a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
