Finance & Accounts Service Delivery Manager - Allen Lane : Job Details

Allen Lane are pleased to be assisting a leading business service provider who provide services to the Public and Private sectors with the recruitment of a permanent Finance and Accounts Service Delivery Manager. This role will manage the transactional and finance services that includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Rents Accounts and Bacs Services. Key Duties will include:

• Managing the teams performance against budget and cash targets
• Ensure the team meets their Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements and maximises all revenue-generating opportunities.
• Ensure that robust controls are in place to ensure accuracy of processing and mitigate against errors.
• Identify, develop and implement process improvements and opportunities for automation across the service
• Driving and delivering process changes in order to improve the delivery of the services.
• Work closely to make recommendations to transform designated service areas by implementing new ways of working, including the adoption of new technology
• Implement and communicate operational strategies and solutions in line with the Business Plan.
• Ensure staffing levels are met and managed.
• Setting and managing the teams performance targets.
• Ensuring that operational risks are identified and controlled across the service.

The ideal person for this role will be an experienced Head of Transactional service that has a track record of delivering process, controls and systems improvement in a high volume, service delivery environment. The ability to operate and communicate at Executive level is essential. This opportunity offers plenty of scope for progression and would suit an ambitious, forward-thinking person.

The working arrangement will be hybrid working with two days on site in Hounslow per week.
