We’re recruiting on behalf of a dynamic, fast-growing media production rental company based in High Wycombe. Supporting many of the UK’s top feature films, TV dramas, and commercials, this company is a go-to hub for technical support, storage, and logistics in the film industry.
As a Film Crew Scheduler, you'll be the vital link between freelance crew and high-profile productions – ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinating and booking freelance film crew for UK and occasional international shoots
Acting as the primary point of contact between productions and crew
Managing multiple schedules and adapting quickly to last-minute changes
Maintaining detailed records of crew availability, CVs, compliance, and rates
Distributing call sheets, NDAs, travel documents and schedules to crew
Onboarding freelancers – managing contracts, rate cards, and timesheets
Working with internal departments to ensure crew, gear, and logistics are in sync
Using scheduling software and production tools to keep everything running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
A natural organiser with sharp attention to detail
Comfortable and confident handling large volumes of phone calls
Calm, solution-focused and adaptable under pressure
Assertive and professional with excellent communication skills
Highly efficient, structured, and proactive with time management
UK driving licence and own vehicle
Bonus Points (Not Essential, But a Plus!):
Background in events, agency coordination, bookings, or PA work
Experience with freelance scheduling or working in production offices
Familiarity with scheduling tools or production tracking software
