FIG M&A Analyst 2 - global investment bank - Goodman Masson - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

The successful candidate will already have accrued Financial Services / FIG M&A and have developed the foundations of a robust financial Modelling and investment banking skill set while working in a credible European FIG investment banking role.

You will work on UK and pan-European FIG transactions (primarily across Banking, Insurance and Fintech).

Key tasks

• Assisting the execution of on-going sell-side and buy-side M&A
• Supporting senior bankers delivering strategic advice to clients

– Strategic idea generation

– Preparation of pitch book and discussion materials

– Data analysis

– Modelling (operating models, capital models, merger models, LBO, etc.)
