My client is a fast-growing provider of digital transformation and IT managed solutions to UK businesses. They provide a full suite of solutions comprising on-premises, hybrid and cloud hosting solutions, Azure cloud migration services, Microsoft product development, application support, voice solutions, data management and hardware sales and maintenance.

They have an immediate requirement for a proven Field Services Engineer. As Field Services Engineer you will have a MSP background and be comfortable travelling to client sites (Mostly London) being the 'Primary Technical Contact' for some clients, providing support to the end users. Working with the Field Services Manager in maintaining clients' IT infrastructure whilst performing regular checks and audits. Also, a point of escalation for Service Desk Engineers.

The Field Services Engineer will be a natural troubleshooter with a broad range of technical skills across technology such as Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, MAC OS, VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco Meraki, Firewall, Sonicwall, Citrix.

The Field Services Engineer will be an outstanding communicator driven by outstanding customer service and someone that can offer flexibility with regards to consistent travel to client site.
