Are you a Field Service Engineer with proven hands-on experience with CNC machine tools, looking to join a business that is spear heading the market in CNC machine tools and that prides themselves in their great culture and dynamic, forward-thinking approach?

In this role you will be mainly operating in Manchester and the Northwest, installing, commissioning and calibrating CNC machines at customer sites while also diagnosing and troubleshooting control system issues. You will be conferring with the other Engineers, maintaining and repairing the CNC machines and ensuring excellent customer service through professionalism and technical expertise.

THE ROLE

• Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines at customer sites

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

• Acting as a key liaison between the company and the customer

THE PERSON

• Proven hands-on experience working with CNC machine tools

• Able to trouble shoot and repair issues independently

• Driving License and based in the Northwest
