Field Service Engineer - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing Services Division are supporting long standing client with the growth of their Aftermarket Field Service Team with the recruitment of a Field Service Engineer in the London area.

The Field Service Engineer role will cover a diverse range of technical activities including installations, servicing, and repairing driver aid systems, tracking systems and CCTV on board public transport in the London area. This will include all types of passenger carrying vehicles such as bus, train, tram and tube.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

• To support in service activities including installation and fault rectification 
• Providing excellent technical advice and service at every opportunity when interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal customers
• Ensure clear and continuous communication between the field and the regional management

Qualifications & Experience for the Field Service Engineer:

• Knowledge of the bus/vehicle industry, CCTV,  electrical, tracking systems, driver aid systems
• Excellent communication skills to establish and translate customer requirements
• Full UK driving license
• Competent with IT Systems
