Package:

• Salary: £27-30k per annum
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Monday to Friday (no compulsory weekends)
• Overtime available
• Two performance incentives a month.

Duties:As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive top-notch service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting installations of water systems with precision and professionalism
• Performing maintenance and repairs promptly to keep systems in optimal condition
• Providing engaging product demonstrations to showcase system features
• Building strong customer relationships through clear communication and friendly service
• Maintaining accurate service records and contributing feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• A personable demeanour and excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in field service or similar roles
• Proficiency in basic plumbing tasks
• Reliability and the ability to work independently
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
