Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Lead Engineer on your geographical patch (map of patch available on request).
- LOLER testing (on average 3 days per week).
- Servicing and repairing medical equipment such as assisted baths, slings, wheelchairs, hoists.
- Attending breakdown callouts to diagnose and repair broken medical equipment.
- Installation and maintenance of chemical dosing equipment.
- Maintain an excellent relationship with customers.
- Ensure van is well organised and stocked with the relevant tools and parts.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Maintenance experience.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Comfortable visiting on average 7-10 care homes per week.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and submitting online reports.
