You’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance, engagement, and operational excellence across a team of five field-based managers.

Your mission? To lead from the front, inspire high standards, and ensure every touchpoint from internal meetings to customer visits is executed with precision and purpose.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire: Oversee, train, and motivate a team of five managers to consistently exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular one-to-one reviews, offering clear feedback, support, and development opportunities.
  • Daily Team Engagement: Maintain strong communication and ensure diaries are well-managed and aligned with business priorities.
  • Customer-Facing Excellence: Join your team on regular customer visits, building relationships and reinforcing our commitment to service.
  • Sales Initiatives: Implement and manage sales campaigns, incentives, and strategic initiatives to drive growth.
  • Operational Support: Provide administrative support in line with company procedures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Event Leadership: Attend and support trade shows and exhibitions as needed, representing the brand with confidence.
  • Head Office Collaboration: Participate in review meetings and contribute to cross-functional planning and alignment.

What You’ll Bring

Must-haves:

  • Full, clean driving license
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident communicator across all levels and departments
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Your experience & mindset:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing people in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Account Management
  • A proactive, customer-first approach with the drive to go above and beyond
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and act on opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong presentation skills and a structured approach to planning

Salary : 34000 - 37500
