About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Representative to develop and implement sales strategies, attract new clients, and close sales to meet revenue targets. The role involves managing client relationships, generating leads, and conducting market research for our client based in Chertsey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and enquiries for the office team to quote
- Conduct site visits and cold calls
- Visit existing clients and attend site meetings/surveys
- Evaluate customer needs and build long-term relationships
- Maintain and update customer records
- Meet and exceed KPIs
- Maximize sales and profitability
- Organise and manage time effectively to increase customer contact
Requirements:
- Proven sales record with demonstrable achievements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Computer literate
- Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management
- Previous Experience within Construction or Signage
