Field Sales Representative - Mixxos Group : Job Details

Salary: £28,000, ability to increase to £40,000 within the first year,+ A Company Car, iPad, iPhone, Fuel Card, Uncapped commission - OTE £12,000, top performing OTE £60,000.Location: Field basedHours: 40 hours - flexible in timings Are you ready to launch your sales career or take your experience to the next level?Whether you’re new to sales or a seasoned professional seeking an achievable commission structure, we’ve got an opportunity for you! Key responsibilities of an Field Sales Representative

• Engage with your clients employees at their pre-booked workplaces, to offer benefits packages and available insurance products to individual employees.
• Ensure sales targets and KPIs are reached in line with company expectations.
• Ensure smooth and complete registration of customers to products
• Ensure high levels of customer engagement to clients and their employees throughout product roll out.

Key skills and experience required for Field Sales Representative

• Confident and outgoing, with a passion for meeting new people
• Full UK driving license and the ability to travel with ease
• Self-motivated with strong personal integrity
• Enthusiastic about sales and eager to make an impact
• Excellent story telling experience and used to objection handling
