About the Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Manager to join a growing B2B sales team, focused on the hospitality, leisure and catering sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven field sales experience to take ownership of their territory, win new business, and grow existing customer relationships.
You’ll be working with a wide range of venues including pubs, bars, hotels, golf clubs and leisure operators, developing long-term partnerships while driving sales growth.
This is a field-based role with flexibility to manage your own diary, combined with regular visits to head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the hospitality and leisure sector
- Proactively generate new business opportunities and convert leads into trading accounts
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers across pubs, bars, hotels, golf clubs and leisure venues
- Work closely with senior management and account teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records on CRM, reporting activity and pipeline progress
- Negotiate and close deals with confidence, ensuring repeat and referral business
About You
- Proven field sales / business development experience (essential)
- Background in food & drink, catering, hospitality, leisure, or B2B services preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work autonomously
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Full UK driving licence required
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience working in hospitality (front or back of house) would be advantageous
- Knowledge of the UK catering, licensing, or leisure industries
