The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and new clients across pubs, hotels, bars, golf clubs, and more

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue within your territory

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and tailored solutions to meet client needs

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and supplier partners to maximise value for customers

  • Stay on top of industry trends and developments within the hospitality and leisure sectors

  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and trade shows as needed

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Field-based sales experience - ideally within the hospitality, drinks, or leisure sector

  • Previous experience working in or selling into hospitality environments (front or back of house)

  • A confident, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for sales and customer relationships

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts

  • IT literacy (Word, Excel, email platforms) and the ability to learn new systems

  • A full UK driving licence

The Package
  • Salary: £25,000-£50,000 depending on experience
