Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture relationships with existing and new clients across pubs, hotels, bars, golf clubs, and more
Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue within your territory
Deliver outstanding customer service and tailored solutions to meet client needs
Collaborate closely with internal teams and supplier partners to maximise value for customers
Stay on top of industry trends and developments within the hospitality and leisure sectors
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and trade shows as needed
We’re looking for someone who has:
Field-based sales experience - ideally within the hospitality, drinks, or leisure sector
Previous experience working in or selling into hospitality environments (front or back of house)
A confident, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
A proactive mindset with a passion for sales and customer relationships
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
IT literacy (Word, Excel, email platforms) and the ability to learn new systems
A full UK driving licence
Salary: £25,000-£50,000 depending on experience
Bonus: Uncapped performance-related bonus
