Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our outstanding team at Bluebird Care. If you are compassionate, caring, and patient, this could be the perfect next step in your career

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support and supervision to care teams.
• Work one day per week from the office (day agreed with RM).
• Attend weekly huddle meetings to ensure smooth operations.
• Positively represent Bluebird Care in the community.
• Report any concerns or issues promptly to the Registered Manager (RM).

Requirements:
