Guaranteed and Permanent 36 hours per week
We’re looking for a female Support Worker to be part of one person’s journey to live life their way in Exeter.
They love music, social media, shopping trips, and exploring new places. To help them do more of what they enjoy, we need someone local who knows Exeter, can drive their car, and holds a full UK licence.
You’ll provide 2:1 (sometimes 1:1) support, both at home and in the community — from meaningful activities to keeping their home comfortable. Building trust through clear, respectful communication will be key.
We’re looking for someone empathetic, patient, and flexible, ideally with experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that can be seen as challenging, mental health needs, or brain injury.
