Join our growing team in Berwick-Upon-Tweed

We are looking to recruit to our established team of care assistants in North Northumberland. As a trusted and experienced team we provide a premium service to our customers and we are looking for Care Assistants who wish to provide the very best care.

Our minimum call time is 1 hour as we don't believe in rushing in and rushing out, we provide you with ample, paid, travel time and all the support you will need to do an excellent job. You will be fully trained and no experience of working in care is necessary.

We have full time and part time opportunities for people to join our team of Healthcare Assistants in the Berwick area, however we cover all of North Northumberland so there may be opportunities nearer to you. We provide services in Bamburgh, Seahouses, Beadnell, Embleton, Alnwick, Rothbury, Longframlington, and many other areas surrounding Berwick.

We offer our Care Assistants:

  • £13.35 per hour
  • £12.50 per hour for travel time
  • Paid Fuel - 35p per mile

We require all our Care Assistants to:

  • Be a car owner/ driver
  • To be able to commit to working alternate weekends.
  • Have a reliable record of attendance with previous employer
  • Have a mature outlook on life

We care for the elderly and vulnerable in the comfort of their own homes as an alternative to a residential care home. Your role as a healthcare assistant will be to support our customers with all aspects of their daily lives including personal care, companionship, medication prompting, food and drink preparation, shopping and accessing the local community.
