As the Fees Manager, your role will involve the following important duties:

• Oversee the full cycle of school fees.
• Accountable for and manage strong internal controls and processes for all billing activities. 
• Manage the credit control function for school fee billing.
• Keep fee account payments up to date.
• Oversee bad debt legal and solicitor cases.
• Liaise with schools regarding assessments and parental communications.
• Manage the Fees team.
• Ensure smooth running of the fees billing and bursary systems/
• Maintain details of school card facilities, liaise with providers to maintain competitive rates and monitor costs.

The experience required…

As a successful Fees Manager, you will have the following:

• Demonstrable financial administration experience.
• Experience working within the education sector. 
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
• Customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Meticulous attention to detail. 
• Strong IT Skills with advanced Excel.
