We’re looking for an experienced, commercially mindedAccount Manager to join our award-winning, luxury clothing design company.
For over 25 years, we’ve designed iconic uniforms for world-class hospitality brands including Claridge’s, Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, Nobu, and Raffles.
In this client-facing role, you’ll drive new business, grow long-term partnerships, and represent our brand to high-end clients globally. You’ll work closely with the Head of Commercial and internal teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for high-end clients, managing their journey from initial consultation through to final delivery and aftercare
Oversee order processing, client fittings, and ensure timely deliveries across both UK and international markets
Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Production, Operations) to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience at every stage
Account Management & Commercial Strategy
Work alongside the Head of Commercial to define SMART goals and implement sales strategies that drive business growth
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)
Uphold exceptional service standards across your client portfolio, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and added value
Project Execution
Lead the coordination and execution of international uniform installations, press events, sample presentations, and client photo shoots
Manage the full lifecycle of client projects—from quotes and purchase orders to final delivery and post-project analysis (including SWOT reviews)
Monitor logistics, shipments, and production timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
