They're now looking for an account manager to come and look after a number of their partners, developing, sourcing and delivering innovative & trend led product ranges. AS THE ACCOUNT MANAGER YOU WILL:
- Responsible for driving the success for your brands (partners)
- Ability to spot gaps for new product offering or repeat business
- You'll have a proven track record of building relationships & will know how to maintain them
- Ability to analyse the performance of how your partners are performing
- Driven to trade off the back of results in season
- Regularly checking in with your brands and their buyers to understand how sales are going
- Can easily spot best sellers and know how to offer the brand more opportunity behind successful lines
- Constantly comp shop and working with your in-house designers to build new and exciting product
- Adaptable by nature, can build ranges for each of your different brands, understanding all of their different price points and customer profiles
- Strategically propose opportunities to grow business for both parties i.e flow and volume programmes
- Ability to negotiate cost prices with suppliers, mills, factories and in-house buyers
- Experienced in reporting on performance, trade meetings and range building
- Achieve sales targets and margin gains with fair negotiation and price sensitivity
- Set clear strategies at the start of each season, with the ability to adapt by each partners needs
