- Visiting families at home and in the community to provide tailored support
- Working closely with schools, health professionals, and partner agencies
- Creating and delivering support plans that bring about positive change
- Promoting safeguarding and wellbeing at every step

- Previous experience working with children and families (essential)
- A caring, proactive, and resilient approach
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential for outreach work)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with families
