Family Solicitor – Swindon

A long-standing law firm with a strong reputation for both private and commercial legal services is looking to expand its Family Law team in central Swindon.

About the role:

An opportunity has opened for a Family Solicitor with around 2+ years PQE to join its expanding department. You’ll handle a broad caseload of privately funded family work including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial settlements (including high net worth cases)
• Cohabitation and civil partnership matters
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Child arrangements and parenting issues
• Mediation and dispute resolution

What experience is required?

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience in family law
• Strong background in private family matters
• Ideally, Resolution membership
• A client-focused mindset with empathy and attention to detail
• Interest in business development and marketing initiatives
