Family Senior Associate – Swindon

Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious family solicitor or chartered legal executive to join a Legal 500 law firm in Swindon as Senior Associate. This role would suit a family lawyer who is able to hit the ground running, manage a varied and complex caseload, whilst growing the department through business development activities.

About the role:

• Manage a broad caseload including divorce, separation, financial remedy and children law matters
• Draft pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements for privately funded clients
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings and negotiations
• Support, mentor and supervise junior team members
• Drive business development through networking and other initiatives

About You:

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in family law
• Proven business development experience with the ability to generate your own pipeline
• A self-starting approach with excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
