JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor / Fee Earner Location: Bridgwater - Hybrid after probation. Salary: DOE and PQE Hours: Full Time - Part time also considered. JOB DETAILS:* Family Solicitor or Fee Earner - Legal Aid * Running a caseload of mid-high value caseload * Drafting statements, applications, and other court pleadings* Dealing with matters at all stages, from initial instruction to applying for Legal aid where appropriate, and advocacy* Providing support to other Fee Earners* Dealing with new client enquiries* Assist with billing and costs.
