Family Paralegal - AJ Chambers : Job Details

AJ Chambers are recruiting a Family Paralegal for a Boutique Law Firm based in Grays.

Duties:

• Assist the Fee Earner with private family law cases.
• Draft correspondence to clients via letters and emails.
• Update clients on the status of their cases.
• Conduct research on relevant laws, precedents, and case details.
• Create court applications and legal aid applications.
• Meet with clients, understand their needs and take instructions.
• Liaise with 3rd parties, professionals and the other side.
• Attend hearings with the Solicitor.
• Draft witness statements, consent orders, form Es and briefs to counsel.
• Prepare court bundles.

Experience

• 1 years+ experience working as a Paralegal within Family law at a Law Firm
• Law degree completed heavily desired
• Ability to manage a fast paced and busy environment
