Family PA/Household Assistant - HAMPSTEAD
- Start: September 2025, interviews now
- Salary: £55,000-£60,000 GPA negotiable
- Days and hours: 5 days per week, ideally Tuesday to Saturday (48 hours per week)
- Travel: Yes, TBD (mostly to Norfolk)
- Accommodation: Live in or out (live in accommodation is lower ground floor within the main residence: double room, ensuite + kitchenette area)
Lovely clients of ours based in beautiful Hampstead are looking for an experienced and proactive PA / Household Assistant to join their welcoming household. This is a fantastic blended role covering, PA & admin, house coordination and organisation within the home - perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working in a supportive environment.Family Overview:
- 2 adults, 3 children: B14 (at boarding school), G10, G7
- The family has a part time housekeeper (increasing to full time soon), an after-school nanny, and a chef.
Main Responsibilities:Manage household invoices, maintenance, and liaise with external contractors and staff.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for family holidays.
- Organise packing and unpacking for the whole family.
- Full diary management for the families private lives including: travel, personal appointments, meetings, school clubs etc.
- Oversee the daily running of their large, newly renovated four-storey home.
- Daily walk-through of the property to ensure everything is in order.
- Ensure the house and garden are always guest-ready, especially as the family entertains frequently (2-3 dinner parties per week).
- Organise the rotas for the housekeeper, nanny and chef.
- Happy to do a couple of school drop offs twice a week (7am start)
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a confident driver.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally with the family within the UK.
- Confident working varied hours: Tuesday-Saturday, typically 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. When the family are travelling internationally you will have downtime.
