About the Opportunity

A respected and growing law firm in St Helens is looking for a dedicated Family Law Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal to join their supportive and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in family law to take ownership of a varied caseload and make a meaningful impact.

Your Role Will Include:
  • Managing cases involving divorce, separation, and financial settlements
  • Advising on child arrangements and parental disputes
  • Handling TOLATA matters
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Representing clients in court when required
  • Delivering clear, empathetic, and high-quality legal advice
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Senior Paralegal
  • Strong background in family law
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word)
  • Experience with case management systems (e.g., Proclaim) is a plus
  • A client-focused, proactive, and professional approach
