Family Law Head of Department Partner - qed legal : Job Details

An exciting new opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer to take on a role with  Partner or Head of Department to take on a role with a very highly regarded law firm. The firm does a wide variety of family work the a bias towards private family law and also some legal aid.Requirements:

• Qualified as a Solicitor of FCILEX in the UK with 8+ years of experience.
• The role will involve giving wide advice to the overall Family department and training and mentoring junior fee earners.
• Excellent experience in divorce, financial remedy disputes, civil partnership disputes, rights of unmarried and cohabiting couples.
• Experienced in Child Law or Childcare work.
